Hey, I was having the same problem as superbub. Strange but now everything works fine for me. EDIT: I managed to solve my problem by deleting the whole documents/dolphin/ folder. Thank you, but I tried the latest developement build 4.0-590 without success. The latest development build doesn't seem to suffer from the issue. It is one of the first titles to require the Wii MotionPlus accessory, which is bundled with the game. Give the latest development build a go! I had the same issue with that build on all my Motion Plus games (Wii Sports Resort, Wii Play Motion etc). Wii Sports Resort is the only motion plus game I own, so i can't try it with other motion plus games I'm using the latest dolphin version 4.02.
Is there any workaround for this? The Wiimotes are working correctly in other games. It seams that the build-in Motion Plus is'nt recognized.
